Y’all this wedding was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

Kaitlyn and Chris’s Summer Wedding at Magnolia Halle was a complete blast. I am so fortunate I had the best seat in the house throughout the entire day, especially as these two tied the knot.

One thing that stood out to me on this particular wedding was the family and friends that surrounded Kaitlyn & Chris. Walking into this wedding day I was greeted with hellos and humor. My kind of people! There were moments of happy tears but enough humor to help keep your mascara from running down your face.

But seriously, these guys had me laughing throughout the entire day and into the night. (Y’all will need to see the photos throughout this post!)

These two absolutely adore each other to pieces and it’s precious!! This wedding was so much more than just a love story but a beautiful friendship that built the foundation of their relationship and start of their family. Their laughs and actions together just say it all.

Also Aiden, Kaitlyn’s 9 year old son was Chris’s best man. Nothing made my heart melt more than to see Aiden be part of the entire wedding. I adored this kid!! From being a best man to helping cut the cake, Aiden was by their side.

Magnolia Halle was the perfect venue for Kaitlyn and Chris’s Summer Wedding Day. It had both the outdoor vibe of being in nature (even with being right in the middle of San Antonio) and then a reception area that provided a rustic yet inviting atmosphere for all guests. The Iron Chandeliers ahhh are just beyond gorgeous!! Weddings here are always gorgeous and the food is beyond delicious!! Take one bite and it’s contents are heaven! If you ever get a chance to head over to The Magnolia Pancake Haus next door to the venue, the food is SOOOO GOOOD!!

Kaitlyn’s grandmother had the sweetest reaction!

One of the sweetest bridal parties! Loved these guys! Also, these “HOME / #happilyeverhosner” shirts make their reappearance at the reception, you’ll want to see this at the end it was such a neat photo!

Seriously, WOW! Stunning!! I loved the detailing of this gown, it was as if it were just made for Kaitlyn!
PRECIOUS!!

Chris and his groomsmen! Yes, we do take formals but when the guys do this… honey, you just go with it. These guys were so neat, when I spoke with them most knew Chris through his service in the Marines Corps. Grateful for each of the and their service to our country!

The best man, totally made my heart melt! Aiden, Kaitlyn and Chris’s son, just tugged at my heart strings isn’t he just the sweetest?!

While Chris was away at training, Kaitlyn wrote letters to him everyday in a notebook she kept. I can only imagine the sweetest words and affirmation that filled the pages of this notebook. One thing for sure Chris couldn’t put it down.

Tears were soon interrupted by the BEST use of a movie quote at a wedding.

If you’re a 90s kid, you’ll totally recognize this and crackup like I did. Texas Wedding Ministers knocked this one out of the park. Also, this was a complete surprise to Chris.

The Princess Bride

YAY!!!

I love burgundy with navy!! Ahh so gorgeous!!
When you’re couple busts out the shades… YES!!
(Just cue all the sweet tears!)

Can y’all believe that we are right in the middle of San Antonio? Love it here!
I am forever obsessed with this veil!
This was at the end of June, we were sweating profusely but I encouraged them to hang on! And it was well worth it! These are the most important portraits from your wedding that you will treasure forever.

If you play Piano Man at your wedding, this group dance is a must!

Line dancing and lip syncing… it doesn’t get better than that… wait nope, it does.
That one Uncle that loves to Dance + a free t-shirt = AWESOME
Private mini night sessions during the reception are a new favorite for our couples. Perfect for escaping the party and sneaking in a few kisses.

When you’re sparkler exit is amazing… and everyone begins to sing the National Anthem at the top of their lungs! I couldn’t breathe!

I can't say enough great things about UTS. Jessica is the BEST photographer, not just because she makes you look great, but she makes you feel great! She fills the shoot with funny jokes, music, and laughs to make sure you feel comfortable because not everyone is a super model. Each and every time I get our photos back I am blown away by great they look! She went way above and beyond anything I ever expected from a vendor. She helped us out on the wedding day in so many different ways and worked side by side with our other vendors to make our day successful and perfect. The sneak peak was incredible! She also brought a partner with her who was equally as fun as Jessica. I loved how they both worked and made the pictures fun. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My husband & I will be using UTS exclusively for all of our photography needs.
